Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a senior sales or account management role.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and solid business acumen.
• Ability to autonomously manage a complex sales pipeline and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve objectives and quotas in Salamanca and surrounding areas.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sales support.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
