A fast-growing French MedTech scale-up is seeking a Field Sales representative to establish and grow its presence in Madrid. The role requires a consultative sales approach focused on acquiring new clients in the physiotherapy space, ideal for someone with strong autonomy and a hunter mindset to drive expansion efforts.

Formación

  • 4 to 8 years of B2B field sales experience, ideally in healthcare, sports, or tech.
  • Strong autonomy in managing sales territory.
  • Fluent in English; French is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Build the Madrid sales region from the ground up.
  • Focus on acquiring clients in physiotherapy and rehabilitation sectors.
  • Conduct 75% outbound field sales, actively prospecting clinics and rehabilitation centers.

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing French MedTech scale-up that develops connected hardware and SaaS solutions for physiotherapists, rehabilitation clinics, and sports professionals.

Following a €16M funding round in 2024, the company is expanding across Europe and has already started building its commercial presence in Spain, with a first sales team based in Barcelona.

It is now looking to strengthen its position by hiring a Field Sales to develop the Madrid region , which represents a key strategic market.

As the first sales representative dedicated to Madrid , you will be in charge of building the region from the ground up , focusing primarily on acquiring new clients in the physiotherapy and rehabilitation space.

75% outbound field sales : active prospection of physiotherapy clinics, rehab centers, and sports facilities

Consultative sales : understand client needs, offer tailored solutions

Short sales cycles (approx. 4 to 8 years of B2B field sales experience, ideally in healthcare, sport, or tech

Strong hunter mindset and autonomy in territory management

Fluent English is required

French is a strong plus , as the company is headquartered in France and some internal communication may involve French-speaking stakeholders
