BERNER PUSHING THE LIMITS – for those who dare to do more, we invite you to shape your career with us in Andalucía, Spain. We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive growth in Construction, Mobility and Industry and to deliver value as a trusted business consultant.

You will plan and execute visits to high-potential customers, manage omnichannel contacts, negotiate terms, and ensure top data quality in our CRM while striving to exceed sales targets and budgets.

Formación

• Proven track record in field sales or account management.
• Experience in Construction/Mobility/Industry sectors preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple channels and partners.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and close deals across all sales topics.
• Manage and grow the customer platform and market share.
• Distribute contacts to alternative channels in omnichannel sales.
• Plan and conduct visits with high-potential customers.
• Position Berner as premium brand and trusted consultant.
• Handle objections, delivery issues, and negotiate terms.
• Ensure data quality in CRM and reporting systems.
• Monitor KPIs and report to supervisor.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and budgets.
