You should apply digital tools, understand e-commerce best practices, and maintain CRM records while proactively identifying sales opportunities to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to engage customers via digital channels and convert inquiries into sales.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers via chat, email, and phone to address inquiries and provide product information.
• Guide customers through the online purchasing process, offering personalized recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Proactively identify sales opportunities and promote special offers and new products.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
