GoodLife Foods group is seeking an Artwork Coordinator to manage the complete artwork lifecycle for product packaging and labels. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, agencies, and suppliers to ensure timely, compliant artwork delivery that supports launches and packaging updates.

The role emphasizes project coordination, quality assurance, and governance to minimize risk and ensure branding and regulatory standards are met across global packaging initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in artwork coordination or related role.
• Experience with artwork management, packaging development, and approval workflows.
• Familiarity with document control processes.

Mansioni

• Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle of artwork projects from initiation through approval and implementation.
• Manage project plans, timelines, priorities and milestones to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Ensure artwork changes comply with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
• Act as primary contact between internal teams and external agencies, printers, and packaging suppliers.
• Coordinate review cycles and approvals, ensuring all required qualifications are obtained and documented.
• Maintain version control and accessibility of artwork files and supporting documentation.
