Avanade is expanding its AI & Data capabilities globally, seeking innovative professionals to design and deploy AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will work with LLMs, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and RAG to transform business processes and customer engagement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define AI use cases, and contribute to governance and responsible AI practices while delivering scalable Azure-based deployments.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Assess client challenges and identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and intelligent automation solutions.
• Design and implement AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Azure OpenAI Service, and Microsoft AI technologies.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions integrating enterprise knowledge sources and vector databases.
• Develop AI Agents and Copilot experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies.
• Collaborate with clients to define AI use cases, business value, success metrics, and adoption strategies.
• Design prompts, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails to ensure responsible, secure, and reliable AI solutions.
• Deploy scalable AI solutions on Azure and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Support demonstrations, PoCs, MVPs, and client workshops showcasing Generative AI capabilities.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives.

As a member of our fast-growing Generative AI team, you will work across Avanade's AI practice to design, build, and deploy innovative AI solutions for some of the world's leading organizations.

You will help clients leverage technologies such as Azure OpenAI Service, Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI architectures to transform business processes, employee experiences, and customer engagement.

What you'll do

• Assess client business challenges and identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and intelligent automation solutions.
• Design and implement AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Azure OpenAI Service, and Microsoft AI technologies.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions integrating enterprise knowledge sources and vector databases
• Develop AI Agents and Copilot experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define AI use cases, business value, success metrics, and adoption strategies.
• Design prompts, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails to ensure responsible, secure, and reliable AI solutions.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to deploy scalable AI solutions on Azure and integrate them with enterprise systems.
• Support demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), MVPs, and client workshops showcasing Generative AI capabilities.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives across the organization.

Skills and experiences

• Understanding of Generative AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience developing AI solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, AI Search, and Cognitive Services.
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles, AI governance, security, and compliance considerations.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and business workflows.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures and deploying AI solutions on Azure.

Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, and custom Copilot development.

• Hands-on experience implementing enterprise RAG architectures and knowledge management solutions.
• Experience with vector databases such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of LLMOps, model evaluation, monitoring, and AI lifecycle management.
• Azure certifications related to AI, Data, or Cloud technologies.
• Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading AI transformation initiatives or AI adoption programs.
