Business Insights is looking for an AI Tech Lead to drive production-grade AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, shape architecture, and set engineering standards for Generative AI and RAG projects.

You will lead up to 6 engineers, mentor via code reviews, and collaborate with Product Owners, Data Scientists, frontend developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable backend APIs and Azure-based AI capabilities.

Formación

• Experience leading technical teams or engineering squads.
• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end AI solutions in cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI architectures, particularly RAG and LLMs.
• Experience designing scalable backend architectures and APIs.
• Strong understanding of Azure services used for AI solution development.
• Ability to make architecture decisions and establish technical standards.
• Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional AI squad of up to 6 engineers.

• Design and oversee the development of scalable backend systems and APIs supporting AI solutions.
• Drive the integration of advanced AI capabilities, primarily RAG and LLM-based solutions.
• Architect and validate cloud-based AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to team members.
• Serve as the main technical point of contact for Product Owners, Data Scientists, frontend developers, and business stakeholders.
• Define performance, observability, reliability, and availability standards for AI solutions.
• Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering, translating them into actionable initiatives.
