Our client is on a mission to let AI handle every step of the email campaign journey, and they need a Founding AI Engineer to help make it happen.

About them

They’re backed by one of Europe’s best-known fellowships, a program that’s already spawned unicorns. Over the past year, they’ve built a prototype platform capable of sending ultra-personalized email campaigns with almost zero user input. Valued at $5 million (pre-seed), they aim to double that by their next raise in September.

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on experience taking an AI startup from zero to one
• Solid track record developing, training, and deploying NLP models, such as BERT and other pre-LLM techniques
• Expertise with cutting-edge LLMs and fine-tuning, including OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, LLaMA, and similar models
• Experience building multi-agent systems

Bonus points

• Background in email marketing
• Experience generating synthetic data
