We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer to help us finalize and scale the core platform behind Athlera — a next-generation AI solution for movement, training, health, and rehabilitation. You will play a central role in completing the platform and delivering high-quality integrations to our enterprise clients across multiple domains.

The role includes building and optimizing AI functionality, developing robust APIs and SDKs, and collaborating closely with product and technical teams to ensure smooth deployments for customer use cases. A strong ability to leverage modern AI tooling for efficient development is essential.

The role includes building and optimizing AI functionality, developing robust APIs and SDKs, and collaborating closely with product and technical teams to ensure smooth deployments for customer use cases. A strong ability to leverage modern AI tooling for efficient development is essential.

Responsibilities

• Finalize core functionality of the Athlera platform in close collaboration with the founding team
• Design and optimize AI/ML models for movement and performance-related use cases
• Develop and maintain APIs and SDKs for customer and partner integrations
• Build secure, scalable, and maintainable system components
• Deliver technical solutions for clients in training, health, and rehabilitation sectors
• Define and maintain integration and deployment pipelines
• Apply modern AI tools and best practices to improve speed and reliability
• Participate in planning, architecture discussions, and technical strategy

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML systems (TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace or similar)
• Hands-on experience with API design (REST/GraphQL) and SDK development
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
• Experience working with customer-specific integrations or B2B product delivery
• Clear and proactive communication skills in cross-functional environments
• Bonus: Experience in computer vision, pose estimation, or biomechanics
• Bonus: Experience with startup environments or developer-facing products
