Quantiphi busca un Ingeniero de IA para Europa, con preferencia por Madrid, que pueda viajar a sitio del cliente en España aproximadamente una vez al mes. Se requieren fluidez en inglés y español y experiencia en plataformas de datos y soluciones de IA basadas en Google Cloud.

El candidato ideal debe dominar GCP (AlloyDB, GCS, GKE), trabajar con Agents, GenAI y pipelines de Vertex AI, y mostrar experiencia en DevOps/MLOps, Docker y Kubernetes, además de Python avanzado.

Formación

• 5+ años diseñando, desarrollando y desplegando plataformas de datos y soluciones agenticas.
• Experiencia en soluciones en la nube para proyectos de clientes y soporte hasta la entrega.
• Dominio de GCP: AlloyDB, GCS, GKE, Gemini Enterprise y Agent Platform.
• Python avanzado con estructuras de datos, algoritmos y diseño de software.
• Automatización de infraestructura, DevOps/MLOps y CI/CD.
• Certificación Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer (deseable).

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar y desplegar plataformas de datos de alto rendimiento y soluciones agenticas.
• Apoyar proyectos de clientes desde la concepción hasta la entrega final.
• Colaborar con equipos de nube, datos e IA para implementar MLOps.

Role - AI Engineer

Location: Europe (Madrid, Spain preferred - travel to Spain customer site ideally once a month)

Language: Fluency in both English and Spanish required

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying high-performance data platforms and agentic solutions.
• Proven experience in designing cloud enterprise solutions and supporting customer projects through completion.
• Strong proficiency in the GCP stack: AlloyDB, GCS, GKE, Gemini Enterprise, and Agent Platform (formerly Vertex AI).
• Advanced Python coding skills, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience in automating infrastructure provisioning, DevOps/MLOps, and CI/CD.
• Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer certification.

Technical Skills

• Experience with AlloyDB and enterprise database solutions.
• Familiarity with PaLM embeddings and vector search technologies.
• Exposure to multi-cloud environments.
• Prior experience in healthcare, retail, or financial services domains.
• Additional GCP certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Data Engineer).
