FUNCIONES :

• Lead a team of AI engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of solutions based on machine learning, deep learning, and generative artificial intelligence.
• Design and optimize AI models and algorithms , ensuring their efficiency, scalability and accuracy and implement generative AI solutions for applications such as natural language processing (NLP), content generation, user experience personalization, business process automation, recommendation systems .. etc
• Supervise the quality of the code and promote good development practices in the team.
• Coordinate the deployment and deployment of models in production environments, including the use of MLOps, AIOps, and GenAIOps.
• Stay up to date on trends and advances in AI to apply best practices in projects.
• Provide mentoring and training to the team to improve technical skills and foster a collaborative environment.

REQUERIDO :

• Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in developing AI, machine learning, and generative AI models.
• Experience in programming languages such as Python, R...
• In-depth knowledge of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn and generative models such as GPT, BERT or Stable Diffusion.
• Experience in data manipulation and processing with tools such as Pandas, NumPy and SQL.
• Experience in the management and configuration of vector databases.
• Familiarity with software architectures and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of hyperscaler AI and ML services (Amazon SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure Machine Learning, among others).
• Experience with MLOps and automation pipelines.
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Experience with different communications protocols such as REST API or MQTT.
• Strong understanding of CI / CD pipelines and version control systems
• Leadership skills and experience managing technical teams.
• Communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience integrating generative AI into enterprise applications.
• Experience in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
