What you will do:

The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives and a significant impact on our global projects. As the Creative Design Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Strategy development in collaboration with the Creative Strategy Director.
• Understanding our business goals and target audience to create innovative solutions that elevate our brand.
• Creating a compelling roadmap that inspires the team and aligns with our business direction.
• Staying updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.

Creative Development for Graphic and Motion Design:

• Leading conceptualization and execution of visual marketing campaigns.
• Overseeing high-quality graphic and motion design deliverables, conducting reviews, and providing feedback.
• Ensuring consistency across platforms by maintaining a comprehensive design system.
• Supporting the team during high-demand periods.

Data Analysis:

• Leveraging insights to enhance creative performance.
• Monitoring design metrics to guide future strategies.

Team Management:

• Ensuring team alignment with marketing and company objectives.
• Driving professional growth, setting performance objectives, and balancing career development with business needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Building collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• Acting as the primary liaison to align project needs with business goals.
• Collaborating across functions to ensure design efforts support developmental and business objectives.

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Creative Designer.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar.
• Curiosity and eagerness to explore AI-driven solutions.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for debugging, streamlining, and productivity.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adaptation.
• Experience collaborating with AI as a pair programmer.
