At Lázaro Rosa-Violán Studio, we design spaces that tell stories. Now, we're expanding our team in Barcelona and looking for passionate hospitality interior designers to help shape unforgettable guest experiences around the world.

We're looking for Intermediate and Senior Designers with a strong creative vision, attention to detail, and experience in luxury hotel and F&B projects. If you thrive in dynamic environments and love collaborating across disciplines, we want to hear from you.

Your mission will be to :

• Design and develop unique and inspiring hospitality concepts
• Collaborate with our in-house teams, clients, and consultants across all project phases
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining both creativity and precision

What we’re looking for :

• 3+ years of experience in high-end hospitality and F&B design
• Background in architecture or interior design (degree or equivalent experience)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Deep knowledge of hospitality design trends, materials, and guest experience principles
• Experience with five-star or boutique hotel design is highly valued
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office, and SketchUp
• Excellent spatial planning and drawing package development
• Strong technical and construction knowledge
• A keen eye for design detail and a hands-on problem-solving attitude
• Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
