Formación

We're hiring : Data Architect – Exciting Opportunity in the Fashion & Retail Tech Sector

Location : Remote from Spain or hybrid in Barcelona. Start date: ASAP. Freelance contract: 2-year contract with the possibility of extension. Languages: Spanish and English B2+

We are looking for a Data Architect to join a dynamic tech team in the fashion & retail sector. This role is focused on hands-on development and ownership of key data architecture initiatives, especially around Airflow.

What we’re looking for :

1. 2–3+ years of solid, hands-on experience with data architecture.
2. Must-have: 4+ years of experience with Python or another object-oriented programming language.
3. Proven experience working with cloud services (e.g., S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, Glue, Athena, API Gateway, ECR / ECS).
4. Familiarity with Databricks and / or Snowflake is highly valued.
5. Knowledge of CI / CD workflows, especially using Jenkins.
6. Experience with Bitbucket.

Additional qualities include a proactive mindset, a drive to learn, and strong ownership of technical challenges.
