A leading studio in hospitality design in Madrid is seeking an intermediate to senior designer. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative designs in luxury hotels and restaurants while working closely with clients and in-house teams. This role requires strong technical skills, design software proficiency, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Three-plus years of proven experience in luxury hotel and restaurant projects.
• Familiarity with five-star luxury and premium hotel design processes.
• Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in design software.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with clients and project teams to create exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Produce drawing packages and ensure design quality.

Job Title : Intermediate - Senior Hospitality Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented hospitality interior designer who excels in designing innovative spaces within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Collaborate with in-house team, clients, and project teams to create exceptional guest experiences

• Willing to work in multiple projects, ensuring organization and attention to detail

Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)

• Graduate of architecture or design school, or equivalent experience
• Three-plus years of proven experience in luxury hotel and F&B hospitality projects
• Familiarity with five-star luxury and premium hotel design processes is highly favorable
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SketchUp
• Solid technical and construction knowledge, coupled with strong managerial skills
• Strong spatial planning skills and experience in producing drawing packages
