WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

What's in store for you in this challenge?

1. Designing tomorrow's architecture: You'll be the brains behind the analysis and design of software architectures that will define the future of our solutions. Your approach will be crucial to ensure that our solutions not only work, but excel.
2. Orchestrating product consistency: You will be responsible for ensuring consistency and alignment of project deliverables with the product roadmap. Your vision will be essential to stay on track and meet our most ambitious goals.
3. Manage high-impact ITS projects: You will be the driving force behind the most critical development work, leading technical management and facilitating integration on large ITS projects. Your experience in these complex environments will be key to our success.
4. Lead code excellence: You will be the guardian of best practices in our code reviews. You will write clean, scalable code that not only works, but is elegant, robust and maintainable, creating testable code that facilitates continuous integration and deployment.
5. Lead and motivate the development team: As a senior staff member, you will not only be an exceptional technologist, but also a leader. You will guide our development team, ensuring that costs and deadlines are met, while inspiring everyone to reach their full potential.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

For this position, we are looking for professionals with a degree in Computer Engineering, Software, or related careers. Experience in software systems architecture and design patterns. Advanced knowledge and experience in C# / C++, React, SQL Server. Ability to lead the design of complex systems, ensuring the quality and integration of different software components. Experience in agile development methodologies and continuous integration practices, including unit and integration testing.

We will positively value previous experience in:

• Public Transport IT Systems.
• Embedded Linux (scripting, cross-compiling, virtualization / containers, low-level debugging).
• Design of mixed architectures (back-end, front-end, edge computing).
