Main Responsibilities :

• Execute technical directives provided by the studio.
• Monitor construction works to ensure proper execution according to the project.
• Draft progress reports and quality control documentation.
• Attend construction meetings and coordinate with contractors.
• Support the technical department with administrative project tasks.

Requirements :

• Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management or technical assistance.
• Participation in large-scale projects in the RESIDENTIAL AND / OR HOTEL sectors.
• Experience managing basic, execution, and / or construction management projects in RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS.
• Ability to draft building projects.
• Preparation of energy efficiency certificates.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic project management knowledge.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented individual.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel to construction sites.
