Job Description
Develop and implement strategies to drive auto and home loan acquisitions, ensuring targets set by management are met.
Establish and maintain strong business relationships with branches, car dealers, real estate developers, and brokers to support business growth and achieve profitability goals.
Monitor credit accommodations and maintain a high-quality loan portfolio by minimizing past-due accounts and ensuring proper documentation of all loans.
Provide market insights and feedback to Head Office regarding performance, competition, industry developments, and potential improvements.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations while overseeing the efficient operations of the business center.
Coordinate with various bank units and external partners to facilitate daily transactions, ensuring prompt document processing and service delivery.
Actively cross-sell the bank's products and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
Oversee loan acquisition through referrals, corporate partnerships, and developer tie-ups while ensuring business profitability and operational efficiency.
Monitor key performance metrics, including budget adherence, document deficiency rates, past-due accounts, and regulatory compliance.
Address and resolve concerns from internal and external clients, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Manage administrative tasks related to the division, including corporate and developer-related engagements such as client calls and site inspections.
Recommend policy, process, and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Perform other related functions as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
Experience: Experienced in consumer lending, banking, sales, or business development, preferably in auto or home loans.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding loan acquisition targets.
Excellent relationship management and networking abilities with experience in engaging branches, car dealers, real estate developers, and brokers.
Knowledge of credit evaluation, loan processing, and portfolio management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess market trends and provide strategic recommendations.
Familiarity with regulatory policies, including BSP regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and banking systems.
