Job summary

You'll analyse performance data, implement corrective actions, and work with other managers to standardise shift processes and ensure high-quality service for customers. Basic qualifications include a university degree and advanced English; local language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Completed University degree before the start date or recently graduated.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
• Experience in performing data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyse and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity across shifts.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while fostering team culture.
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and customer service.
