Amazon is seeking an Early Talent Area/Shift Manager in Valencia (based in Valencia or Onda) to lead a large, diverse team and keep pace with demand. This hands-on role exposes you to the complexities of global logistics and what it takes to keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll drive safety, analyse performance, implement corrective actions and work with other managers to standardise shift processes. A university degree and strong English plus local language are required; data analysis

Qualifications

• Basic: Completed University degree or graduated within last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
• Experience in performing data analysis.

• Analyse and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity across all shifts.
• Support and lead a team and manage administrative work while building a strong team culture.
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and customer service.
