Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Early Talent Area/Shift Manager for Valencia. You will lead a diverse team in a fast-paced operations environment, focusing on safety, productivity, and meeting service targets across shifts.

Based at Valencia or nearby sites, you’ll guide daily operations to keep pace with demand and collaborate with engineers on improvements. You will analyze performance data, drive corrective actions, and foster a strong team culture while coordinating with other managers to standardise

Qualifications

• Completed University degree before the start date OR graduated within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language
• Relevant experience in performing data analysis

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
• Analyse and implement corrective actions to make sure quality and productivity are at consistently high levels, and business objectives are met across all shifts
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work alongside building and supporting a strong team culture
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes
