We are seeking a motivated and skilled Area Sales Manager Iberia for Capital Sales (m / f / d) to join our ANDRITZ Separation team.

The location of the job is Spain, either in our office in Algete or home office (Spain).

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with global business goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in environmental and food sectors.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, agents, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent ANDRITZ at trade shows, conferences, and customer events.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or Food Technology) or Business Administration with strong technical affinity.
  • Strong command of Spanish and English; additional language skills are a plus, especially Portuguese.
  • Sales & Negotiation : Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Technical Acumen : Ability to understand and explain complex technical solutions.
  • Market Knowledge : Deep understanding of the Iberian market, including key players, regulations, and industry trends.
  • CRM & Tools : Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and digital sales tools.
