Are you ready to take on an exciting role in an international environment? We are seeking a motivated and skilled Area Sales Manager Iberia for Capital Sales (m / f / d) to join our ANDRITZ Separation team. The location of the job is Spain, either in our office in Algete or a home office (Spain).

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with global business goals.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in environmental and food sectors.
  3. Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, agents, and distributors.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Represent ANDRITZ at trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
What We're Looking For
Education & Expertise :
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or Food Technology) or Business Administration with strong technical affinity.
  • Strong command of Spanish and English; additional language skills are a plus, especially Portuguese.
Competencies :
  • Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
Technical Acumen :

Ability to understand and explain complex technical solutions.

Market Knowledge :

Deep understanding of the Iberian market, including key players, regulations, and industry trends.

CRM & Tools :

Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and digital sales tools.
