We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to lead and manage a large team in the B2C medical sector with a retail-oriented approach. This individual will oversee a network of sales points and drive the overall performance and success of the area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing sales teams, achieving business objectives, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in a retail environment with a strong medical focus.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Team Leadership and Development : Manage, coach, and mentor a diverse sales team across multiple locations, setting clear targets, fostering a performance-driven culture, and conducting regular performance reviews to support personal development.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation : Develop and execute tailored sales strategies that align with local market dynamics to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Promotions and Campaign Execution : Oversee the implementation of promotional campaigns and marketing strategies at each sales point to boost customer engagement and sales conversion.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring : Continuously monitor sales performance across locations, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Reporting and Forecasting : Prepare regular sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts for senior management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Data-Driven Insights : Track and analyze KPIs, providing actionable insights to enhance the effectiveness of sales strategies and ensure optimal team performance.

Required Qualifications :

  • Experience in Sales Management : 3-5 years of experience in sales management within the B2C sector, with a focus on retail and managing sales points. Proven success in managing large teams and in-store sales operations.
  • Team and Operations Management : Experience in managing geographically dispersed teams and overseeing sales operations across multiple locations.
  • Leadership and Motivation : Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and develop a diverse sales team to achieve targets and foster growth.
  • Relationship Building : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Retail Operations Expertise : Strong understanding of retail operations, including experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems, to optimize sales performance and customer experience.
  • Sales Performance Focused : A results-oriented approach with the ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to ensure the success of sales initiatives.
