Job summary

Arabella Hospitality España is seeking an Area Revenue Director based in Mallorca to lead the Revenue Management function across the hotel portfolio, driving the revenue strategy and performance for the portfolio.

You will lead a multi-property Revenue Management team, partnering with General Managers, Sales, Marketing and Finance to optimise pricing, forecasting and distribution to maximise revenue, profitability and market share across properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Revenue Management.
• Previous multi-property, cluster or area Revenue Management experience.
• Experience leading and developing Revenue Management teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Revenue Management strategy across the hotel portfolio.
• Develop and implement pricing, inventory, segmentation and distribution strategies.
• Lead, develop and support the Revenue Management team with clear objectives and performance expectations.
• Provide strategic direction to property Revenue Managers and ensure consistent execution of standards.
