Job summary

Arabella Hospitality España is seeking an Area Revenue Director based in Mallorca to lead Revenue Management across its hotel portfolio. You will shape revenue strategy and partner with General Managers to optimize profitability and market share, driving forecasting, budgeting and performance insights.

The role requires strong leadership, international exposure and travel across Spain. The successful candidate will manage RM across multiple properties, influence owners and asset management, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of revenue management experience.
• Experience leading multi-property or area RM teams.
• Experience with Marriott International or similar international group.
• Strong pricing, forecasting, segmentation, inventory management and distribution skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Revenue Management strategy across the hotel portfolio.
• Develop pricing, inventory, segmentation and distribution strategies.
• Lead and develop the Revenue Management team with clear objectives.
• Collaborate with General Managers, Sales, Marketing and Finance to align objectives.
