Lyra Spain is recruiting a Senior Psychologist to provide high quality and professional counselling and information support service to employees of client companies telephonically, via Live Chat, and through structured counselling.

This is a full-time position and the job holder will be hybrid, working from home and having onsite days at Lyra Spain in Madrid.

This is a shift position based in a call centre environment. These shifts include working evening or weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide the first point of contact for employees accessing Lyra Spain.
  2. Provide all the services to which the caller is entitled in a professional and respectful manner and to standards agreed with Lyra Spain.
  3. Accurately capture all information on the database pertinent to the clinical management of the case.
  4. Adhere to all clinical protocols and procedures as laid out by Lyra Health.
  5. Adhere to the operational standards as set out by Lyra Health.
  6. Provide counselling within a short-term sessional model.
Secondary Responsibilities
  1. Keep abreast of developments within client organisations and with changes to service offerings.
  2. Attend all relevant meetings, training, and staff support groups.
  3. Attend regular and scheduled counselling supervision with the external counselling supervisor.
  4. Take on any other relevant work-related duties as required by the Clinical Lead.

Qualifications
  1. Minimum of a BA in Psychology and 2 years MA.
  2. Two or more years experience in counselling is desirable.
  3. Postgraduate training for Expert Psychologists in Counselling would be an advantage.
  4. Fluency in English and Spanish - Candidate must be able to undertake therapy in both languages.
About You
  1. Experience working for an EAP is ideal.
  2. Experience in providing telephonic and Live Chat counselling is desirable.
  3. Strong knowledge about and skills in providing Solution Focused Therapy to clients.
  4. Computer literate with the ability to type fast.
  5. Ability to effectively merge Clinical and EAP focus.
  6. Client service orientation.
  7. Articulate with a good telephone manner.
  8. Good time management ability.
  9. Ability to work within a team and under pressure.
  10. Ability to function within a structured call centre environment.
  11. Business and commercial awareness.

Salary : €31,000 - €33,000 a year
