The role emphasizes a strong culture of safety, mentorship of new managers, and collaboration with senior peers to maintain excellence in Fulfilment operations. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (any field), or Bachelor of Fine Arts.
• Fluent English (C1 or above).
• Experience as a lean sensei or leading opportunities to improve and standardize tools and processes.

• Analyse and implement changes to keep quality and productivity high.
• Oversee projects to streamline processes and increase quality of service.
