As an

Area Manager API Key Accounts, you will play a key role in expanding and consolidating our presence in the assigned territory, leading the team to achieve revenue targets.

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Spain.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Expand and strengthen our presence in the Iberia region;
  • Lead the team to meet revenue goals;
  • Monitor and analyze team KPIs;
  • Acquire key partners such as tour operators, TMCs, and wholesalers, primarily through API channels;
  • Support the team in managing key accounts;
  • Search for and recruit new business partners, while maintaining and negotiating with existing ones;
  • Develop team members through hiring, training, and coaching;
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies;

Conduct market research, reporting, analysis, and forecasting using Tableau and internal tools.

Requirements :

  • At least 3 years of successful leadership experience in sales and account management, with deep knowledge of the travel market in the region, and a strong sales and business development background in the B2B travel industry;
  • Extensive knowledge of the Spanish travel market, especially regarding API integrations, tour operators, TMCs, and wholesalers, with proven negotiation skills for technology-driven sales;
  • Technical proficiency in API technology deals;
  • Strong leadership skills :
  • Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team effectively;
  • Fluent in Spanish and English;
  • Portuguese skills are a plus;
  • Based in Spain;
  • Willing to travel up to 30% of the time;
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, innovative mindset, and experience using KPIs;
  • Proactive, ambitious, motivated, results-oriented, tech-savvy, adaptable to change, and a team player;
  • Global mindset with the ability to operate across diverse cultural contexts;
