We are seeking an Area Manager API Key Accounts to expand and consolidate our presence in the Iberia region, leading the team to achieve revenue targets. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Spain.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Expand and consolidate presence in the Iberia region;
  • Lead the team to achieve revenue goals;
  • Monitor and analyze team KPIs;
  • Acquire key partners such as tour operators, TMCs, and wholesalers, mainly through API channels;
  • Support the team in managing key accounts;
  • Organize search and recruitment of new business partners, strengthen current relationships, and conduct negotiations;
  • Develop team members through hiring and training;
  • Participate in developing and implementing marketing strategies;
  • Conduct market research, reporting, analysis, and forecasting using Tableau and internal tools.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of successful leadership in sales and account management within the travel industry, with regional market knowledge;
  • Deep understanding of the Spanish travel market, especially API integrations, tour operators, TMCs, and wholesalers;
  • Technical proficiency in API technology deals;
  • Proven leadership skills to manage, motivate, and develop a team;
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus;
  • Based in Spain;
  • Up to 30% travel may be required;
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs and data-driven decision-making;
  • Proactive, ambitious, action-oriented, and a team player;
  • Ability to work across diverse cultural contexts and an entrepreneurial mindset.
