AI Engineering Leader

The Opportunity As an AI Engineering Leader in SPAIN, you will drive the development of enterprise-level AI solutions, leading a team that automates and scales business outcomes. You’ll oversee AI projects from concept to deployment, ensuring cutting-edge, scalable solutions.

What You'll Do:

1. Define, prioritize, and lead AI initiatives in collaboration with business and engineering teams.
2. Build and deploy AI solutions using Python, ML libraries, and AWS services.
3. Mentor a high-performing AI team and foster a culture of innovation.
4. Drive technical strategy, ensuring scalability and robustness.
5. Manage hiring, planning, and cross-team collaboration.

What You’ll Need:

1. Bachelor's / Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
2. Strong Python proficiency and experience in ML, NLP, and LLMs.
3. Hands-on AWS expertise (GCP is a plus).
4. Experience in microservices, API integration, and production monitoring.
5. Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
6. Fluent English required.
