Architect (Spanish Speaker)

We are looking for an Architect to join our client, a growing startup in the real estate and fintech sector.

Our client offers a digital platform that facilitates real estate investment, allowing users to invest in properties quickly, affordably, and securely. Their innovative business model combines technology and real estate management to optimize the investment experience and rental income distribution.

Your responsibilities and impact as an Architect will include:

1. Visiting potential opportunities with the procurement team
2. Creating a refurbishment plan with the construction company and acquisition team
3. Drawing up plans of properties before and after renovation
4. Obtaining licenses in order to start renovations
5. Monitoring the renovations from start to finish
6. Evaluating new opportunities and alternative arrangements with the procurement team

1. You are registered in Spain
2. Proficiency in computer tools: Adobe Pack, Sketchup, Microsoft Office, Autocad
3. At least 2 years of continuous and demonstrable experience in the development and management of architectural projects
4. You are fluent in Spanish; English is a plus
5. You are interested in investments and real estate
6. Hands-on: You get out of your comfort zone and are not afraid to get the job done
7. Solution-oriented and proactive: You are willing to add value to the company and go the extra mile
8. Strong communication and transparency skills
9. Having a car is a must
