We are seeking a skilled Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution Architect with fluent Spanish skills. The role involves developing governance strategies, customizing Power Apps solutions, and assessing performance and stability of Dynamics 365 configurations.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate to expert in Power Platform governance, administration, and Power Apps development. Experience with Dynamics 365 customer service and sales functionalities, customizations, and administration.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power Platform Admin Center, CoE Starter Kit, and Dynamics 365 architecture.
  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related components.
  • Experience in large-scale deployment, administration, and support.
  • Skilled in technical training and troubleshooting complex applications.

Required Skill Set

  • Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online
  • Knowledge in Dynamics modules like Customer Service, Omnichannel, Sales, Field Service
