Architect / Engineer / Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.

Responsibilities

1. Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project when necessary or collaborate with designers on the creative process.
2. Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science, and materials in order to create ideal finished product.
3. Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
4. Oversee and make recommendations throughout the entire construction process.
5. Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules, and budgets.
6. Client focused with good diplomacy skills and patience.
7. Availability to work on weekends and to travel around the world.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or design.
2. 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture.
3. Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills.
4. High level in AutoCAD and SketchUp; medium skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Salary

Between 30,000€ and 45,000€ including incentives. Possible home office depending on performance (1 day per week). Chance of improvement after evaluation and according to company's evolution. 35 hours work per week when not travelling or working on site.
