Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Spain is seeking a customer service agent fluent in Aranese and Spanish to join a banking team. You'll handle inquiries by phone and written communications, delivering accurate responses while upholding service standards.

Initial on-site training will be in Valencia or Madrid, followed by a hybrid work arrangement combining remote and office days. A competitive salary, language allowance, and Sunday pay are offered.

• Proficient in Aranese (spoken and written) and Spanish (spoken and written).
• High school diploma (Bachillerato) or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
