Job Description

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Arabic SEO Manager (web3).

In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our Arabic Web3 presence through SEO, overseeing a high-performing content team, and ensuring we dominate SERPs across web3, finance & investing - ultimately driving traffic and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the Arabic SEO strategy across web3-related topics including exchanges, wallets, tokens, DeFi, NFTs, and blockchain technology, to grow high-converting organic traffic
• Manage and mentor a team of Arabic-speaking writers, editors, and freelancers to deliver high-quality, SEO-optimized evergreen and news content
• Plan and oversee the production of Arabic landing pages, educational guides, product reviews, and glossary content targeting high-value web3 keywords
• Conduct thorough keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor benchmarking within the Arabic web3 landscape
• Own the Arabic content calendar, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and alignment with SEO priorities and seasonal trends
• Collaborate with product, design, and technical teams to ensure the Arabic content is well-integrated and supports overall site performance
• Monitor Arabic content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush, and report regularly on organic traffic, keyword positions, and conversions.
• Ensure all Arabic content follows SEO best practices, including proper indexing, internal linking, structured data, and clean site architecture
• Stay up to date with SEO algorithm changes and web3 market trends in Arabic-speaking regions to continuously adapt and refine content strategies
• Develop and refine editorial guidelines, processes, and SEO workflows that foster a high-performance content environment in Arabic

Qualifications

• Native-level Arabic and fluent English communication skills
• Proven SEO experience within the web3, blockchain, or Web3 industry
• Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, keyword research, content audits, and technical best practices, specifically for web3-related topics
• Experience managing Arabic content teams and editorial workflows
• Proficient with SEO and analytics tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Hands-on approach with the ability to lead and execute content-driven SEO campaigns
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, news-driven web3 environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to switch between multiple verticals, such as web3, finance, gambling, presales, tech, and other emerging niches covered by the business
• Experience with WordPress, CMS plugins, and basic HTML / structured data

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with decentralised platforms, DeFi, NFTs, and other emerging blockchain technologies
• Understanding of Google News SEO and how to optimize for news visibility
• Ability to coordinate with link-building teams and contribute to off-page SEO strategies
• Familiarity with tools like Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO, or Clearscope
• Experience launching or scaling Arabic-language content sections for international brands
• Understanding of user behaviour in MENA digital markets (search trends, mobile-first audiences)
• Ability to translate complex web3 / financial topics into simple, engaging Arabic content
