Position Summary

To provide financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts under his or her control.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses
  • Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
  • Reconcile any irregularities in receipts
  • Work collaboratively with all Finance Department to ensure accuracy in finance
  • Generate reports and statements for internal use and to Report to the Group
  • Create and send all the statements
  • Review all rebates contracts and control each month the correct calculation
  • Margin analysis

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or similar OR experience in Administrative for 2 years
  • Good knowledge of English (and French is a plus)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel in particular
  • Must exhibit high energy, flexibility, and results orientation
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully with all levels within the organization
  • Analytical mindset and strong orientation to detail (Good with numbers and figures)
  • Collaborative style, team player.
