AgileEngine is offering a remote position and seeks candidates from across the country. You will join a fast‑growing dev shop that values experimentation and learning.

As a Mobile Test Automation Engineer, you will automate an existing regression suite, extend coverage for iOS and Android, and prioritize automation tasks over new feature work. EST hours apply; USD-based compensation is offered.

• Experience with Firebase & Test Lab (ideally).
• Familiar with UiAutomator, Robolectric for Android.
• Mandatory working hours 9 am – 1 pm EST.

What you will do

Automate our existing regression testing suite that currently lives in Test Rails (~150 manual tests). Once that is complete, the next objective will be to expand the automated tests to improve coverage;

Build and maintain automated tests for current features across iOS and Android platforms, with a focus on ensuring they replace manual regression tests and cover critical functionalities;

Prioritize automated testing tasks, excluding responsibilities related to new feature development.

Must haves

2+ years of experience with mobile test automation, ideally using Kotlin ;

Working experience in Firebase & Test Lab (ideally);

Familiar with UiAutomator, Robolectric for Android;

Mandatory working hours 9 am – 1 pm EST.
