AgileEngine, LLC. is hiring a mobile test automation engineer for a fully remote role. You will automate a 150-test regression suite in TestRails and extend coverage across iOS and Android platforms, with a focus on replacing manual regression tests.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in mobile test automation, working knowledge of Kotlin, Firebase, and Test Lab, and is comfortable with EST working hours (9am–1pm EST). This role offers flexible scheduling and USD-based compensation.

What you will do

Automate our existing regression testing suite that currently lives in Test Rails (~150 manual tests). Once that is complete, the next objective will be to expand the automated tests to improve coverage;

Build and maintain automated tests for current features across iOS and Android platforms, with a focus on ensuring they replace manual regression tests and cover critical functionalities;

Prioritize automated testing tasks, excluding responsibilities related to new feature development.

Must haves

2+ years of experience with mobile test automation, ideally using Kotlin ;

Working experience in Firebase & Test Lab (ideally);

Familiar with UiAutomator, Robolectric for Android;

Mandatory working hours 9 am – 1 pm EST.
