AgileEngine is hiring for a mobile test automation engineer in a fully remote role, open to candidates nationwide. You will automate our regression suite and extend coverage across iOS/Android; core focus is replacing manual tests with robust automation.

Requirements include 2+ years in mobile test automation (Kotlin preferred), experience with Firebase and Test Lab, UiAutomator and Robolectric, and availability from 9:00 to 13:00 EST. We offer flexible flextime and USD-based compensation.

• Experience with iOS automation is a plus.

What you will do

Automate our existing regression testing suite that currently lives in Test Rails (~150 manual tests). Once that is complete, the next objective will be to expand the automated tests to improve coverage;

Build and maintain automated tests for current features across iOS and Android platforms, with a focus on ensuring they replace manual regression tests and cover critical functionalities;

Prioritize automated testing tasks, excluding responsibilities related to new feature development.

Must haves

2+ years of experience with mobile test automation, ideally using Kotlin ;

Working experience in Firebase & Test Lab (ideally);

Familiar with UiAutomator, Robolectric for Android;

Mandatory working hours 9 am – 1 pm EST.
