Job summary

Freudenberg Group Spain is seeking an accounting professional to manage self-invoicing, credit notes, and accounts receivable processes. The role emphasizes Order to Cash controls and compliance with internal procedures.

Responsibilities include posting invoices, loading bank statements, resolving discrepancies, and following up on overdue payments with customers. A Technical School degree in accountancy and administration is required.

• Audit and ensure compliance with internal control processes Order to Cash and revenue/receivables.

• Post credit notes to neutralize internal sales and post invoices for tax reporting to the Tax Agency.
• Load files with bank statements.
• Register other services like urgent transports, scrap, etc.
• Resolve discrepancies between price/quantity in pricing system and self-invoices with involved departments.
• Receive payment advices, notes and payment documents.
• Book payments received from customers.
• Chase overdue invoices with customers.
• Obtain payment notices for unidentified collections.
• Identify differences on receivables and follow aging process.
• Audit and ensure compliance with Order-to-Cash and revenue/receivables controls.

• Load files with bank Statements.

• Register of “other services” like urgent transports, scrap, etc.

• Solve discrepancies between price and quantity pricing system and self- invoices with departments involved .

• Receive payment advices, notes and any payment document.

• To book payment received from customers.

• Claim overdue invoices to the customers.

• Obtain payment notices unidentified collections

• Identify differences on receivables and follow the process via aging

• Audit and ensure compliance with internal control processes “Order to Cash “ and “revenue and receivables “
