Celonis is launching an Orbit Graduate program in Madrid. You will join the Global Value Engineering Center of Excellence in a fast-paced, international environment, developing AI-enabled Celonis solutions and building client relationships.

The program blends client engagements, mentorship, and targeted training to grow technical and domain expertise while supporting career progression. You will gain hands-on experience with discovery, AI solutioning, and value-driven storytelling, contributing

Formación

Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related STEM field.
Excellent academic performance.
1-2 years internship or full-time work experience at intersection of business and technology.
Understanding of generative AI techniques like RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration.
Good knowledge of Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch).
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
Fluency in German and English (must).
