Formación

• Completed technical education, ideally in mechanical engineering.
• First technical expertise and customer service experience.
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.

Applications Engineer Spain (m / f / x)

Your profile :

• Completed technical education, ideally with further specialization in mechanical engineering
• First technical expertise
• Knowledge in machine tools and cutting tools industry is an asset
• Experience in customer service, preferably via phone and in person
• Ability to work independently, entrepreneurial mindset, and customer service orientation
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and a good team player
• Openness to high-volume travel throughout Spain & Portugal
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); German skills are a plus

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire product line of HAIMER products, specializing in machine installations. After comprehensive training by experienced colleagues, you will conduct customer training, provide pre- and post-sales support, and give presentations at exhibitions. The position also involves answering technical sales calls, offering technical customer service both in the field and over the phone, machine installations at customer sites, and sales support.
