Formación

• Completed technical education, ideally mechanical engineering.
• Initial technical experience and knowledge of machine tool industry.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the entire product line of HAIMER products.

To support our team, we are currently looking for an Applications Engineer Spain (m / f / x).

Your profile:

• Completed technical education, ideally with further specialization in mechanical engineering
• Initial technical experience
• Knowledge of the machine tool and cutting tool industry is an asset
• Experience in customer service, preferably via phone and in person
• Ability to work independently, entrepreneurial mindset, customer service orientation
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and a good team player
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Spain & Portugal
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); German skills are a plus

Your responsibilities include managing the entire product line of HAIMER products, focusing on machine installations. After comprehensive training from experienced colleagues, you will conduct customer training, provide pre- and post-sales support, and present at exhibitions. The role also involves answering technical sales calls, offering technical customer service both in the field and over the phone, machine installations, and sales support.
