HAIMER, a leading high-tech company, is seeking an Applications Engineer to manage product lines and provide customer support in Spain. The role requires technical education, customer service skills, and fluency in English. Candidates should be detail-oriented and willing to travel across Spain and Portugal.

Formación

• Completed technical education in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsabilidades

• Manage entire product line of HAIMER products, focusing on machine installations.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support, customer training, and handle technical sales.
• Participate in exhibitions and provide customer service.

Applications Engineer Spain (m / f / x)

Your profile :

• Completed technical education, ideally with further training in mechanical engineering
• First technical expertise
• Knowledge in the machine tool and cutting tool industry is an asset
• Experience in customer service, preferably via phone and in person
• Ability to work independently, entrepreneurial mindset, customer service orientation
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and a good team player
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Spain & Portugal
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); German skills are a plus

This role involves managing the entire product line of HAIMER products, focusing on machine installations. After comprehensive training, responsibilities include customer training, pre- and post-sales support, and participation in exhibitions. The position also entails handling technical sales calls, providing customer service, machine installations, and sales support.

Location : Home office in Spain
