The role includes managing product lines, providing customer support, and conducting training sessions. Ideal candidates will have technical education, customer service experience, and be fluent in English. This position involves extensive travel throughout Spain and Portugal.

Formación

• Technical education, preferably in mechanical engineering.
• Initial technical expertise and customer service experience required.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

We are currently looking for an :

Applications Engineer Spain (m / f / x)

Your profile :

• Completed technical education, ideally with further specialization in mechanical engineering
• Initial technical expertise
• Knowledge of the machine tool and cutting tool industry is a plus
• Experience in customer service, preferably both via phone and face-to-face
• Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset and customer service orientation
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and a good team player
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Spain & Portugal
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); German skills are a plus

Your responsibilities include managing the entire product line of HAIMER products, focusing on machine installations. After comprehensive training, you will conduct customer training, provide pre- and post-sales support, and present at exhibitions. The role also involves handling technical sales calls, offering technical customer service, machine installations at customer sites, and supporting sales and technical inquiries.

Location : Home office in Spain
