We are currently looking for an :

Applications Engineer Spain (m / f / x)

Your profile :

• Completed technical education, preferably with further specialization in mechanical engineering
• Initial technical experience
• Knowledge of the machine tool and cutting tool industry is an asset
• Experience in customer service, preferably via phone and in person
• Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong customer service orientation
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and a good team player
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Spain & Portugal
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); German skills are a plus

In this role, you will manage the entire product line of HAIMER products, focusing on machine installations. After comprehensive training from our experienced colleagues, you will conduct customer training, provide pre- and post-sales support, and participate in exhibitions. Your responsibilities include answering technical sales calls, offering technical customer service both in the field and over the phone, installing machines at customer sites, and supporting sales and technical inquiries.

Location : Home office in Spain
