We are currently looking for a :

Applications Engineer Spain (m / f / x)

Your profile :

• Completed technical education, ideally with further training in mechanical engineering
• Initial technical expertise
• Knowledge of the machine tool and cutting tool industry is a plus
• Experience in customer service, preferably via phone and in person
• Ability to work independently, entrepreneurial mindset, customer service orientation
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and a team player
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Spain & Portugal
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); German skills are a plus

In this role, you will manage the entire product line of HAIMER products, focusing on machine installations. After comprehensive training, you will conduct customer training, provide pre- and post-sales support, and present at exhibitions. Responsibilities also include handling technical sales calls, providing customer service both over the phone and in the field, installing machines at customer sites, and supporting sales and technical inquiries.

Location : Home office in Spain
