Job Description

Provide assistance and support to our customers using Unit4 Time & Expenses.

  1. Handle daily inquiries from customers via our customer portal.
  2. Troubleshoot issues and identify their root causes.
  3. Offer advice and guidance to ensure optimal use of our solutions.
Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  1. Service-oriented with excellent listening and communication skills in Norwegian and English.
  2. Experience in customer service and support roles.
  3. Strong technical understanding and troubleshooting abilities.
  4. Curious mindset and enjoyment in solving problems.
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Commitment to customer satisfaction and going the extra mile.
  7. Structured, solution-oriented, and diligent about documentation and routines.
  8. Interest in IT, with knowledge of travel and time management systems preferred.
  9. Experience with Unit4 T&E or similar solutions is a plus but not mandatory.
  10. Knowledge of databases, SQL, and APIs is highly beneficial.
