GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Application Specialist to join our operations department in Spain. You will implement IT solutions for CMS logistic projects, coordinate with operations, and manage stakeholders, ensuring high-quality, scalable deliverables.

You will define processes, perform QA testing, and support end users, with a focus on CENTIRO implementations and ongoing maintenance. The role requires flexibility, a service-oriented mindset, and travel between Madrid and Barcelona.

Formación

• CENTIRO knowledge and proven experience.
• Flexible and open to a constantly changing environment.
• Team player.
• Languages: English (B2/C1).
• Short term travel availability.
• Driving license and own vehicle.
• Yo can be either in Madrid or Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

• Manage implementation and delivery of IT solutions for new CMS logistic projects for the full project lifecycle.
• Scope management and functional requirements definition.
• CMS operations functional process definition in coordination with Operations.
• Stakeholder management, both GXO internal and final customer's.
• Internal and external development team coordination.
• Continuous improvement with Operations, improvement mindset.
• User Acceptance Test Scenarios & Test Cases definition and execution.
• KPI definition and reports.
• Level 2 operations support and end user training.

We are looking for an Application Specialist to join our operations department. You have knowledge and practical experience within the logistics sector, you have service-oriented profile and are passionate for IT and hand off experience with CENTIRO implementation and maintenance projects.You will be responsible for implementation of new projects and functionalities. You will be defining, designing and QA testing deliverables, understanding user requirements, and delivering high quality, usable and scalable solutions.You are used to work hard and have demonstrable capacity to work under pressure.
